Appointment Setting and Notifications

  • We will do our absolute best to accommodate same day and same week appointments, but patients typically schedule multiple appointments at a time to ensure availability due to high demand.  Please call the office manager to inquire about block appointments.

  • If there is no availability at the time you requested, we advise that you choose a secondary option to ensure you are on the schedule.  Don't worry, we will gladly put you on the wait list and our office manager will contact you if an appointment becomes available. 

  • Once your appointment has been made, we will send an e-mail or SMS text reminder the day before your appointment!  No more having to jot it down in your calendar - we take care of that for you!  Please speak to the office manager as to what your preferred method of notification is.

Cancellations and Late Arrivals

 

At TLC Acupuncture, we understand that emergencies may arise, which makes having to reschedule an appointment necessary. We value all of our patients' time and look forward to compliance with the following:

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a full office visit. 
     

  • No-shows will be charged a full treatment fee.
     

  • Late arrivals should call the office ahead of time. We will do our best to accommodate anyone that is less than 15 minutes late, but this may result in a shortened treatment. Patients that are more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, which will result in a full treatment fee.

 

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept the following as forms of payment:

  • Cash

  • Credit Card (AMEX, Mastercard, Visa, Discover)

  • Personal Check (A $30 fee will be charged for returned checks)
